Not everyone get their dream proposal, this is a comedy skit but i guess it was able to show one of the numerous ways in which public proposal has gone wrong. In this case, the guy is totally to be blamed for it. It is obvious the man removed the ring from the case, so the outline wouldn't be visible from his pocket and it won't give him away (he can't afford to ruin his surprise). But then he should have checked his pocket to ascertain the ring hasen't been misplaced before kneeling down. Lucky him the girl belongs to the Non-agressive female club (it is a new club, lol) and she was patient enough to not give him the slap of his life.
Which brings me to the key point of this video, DON'T MISPLACE THE RING! Check the ring before proposing, check it before kneeling down! Your lady might not be as nice as the girl in this video. The world has enough wars already don't cause world warIII.
